Private Pilates solo session performed on the equipment and instructed by a Physical Therapist. This not intended to be medical treatment for a specific medical diagnosis. The practitioner is able to use their skill set to optimize overall movement, function, and well-being. No physician referral/RX is required in this situation as the intention is wellness and not treatment
